Vertical Diner, Salt Lake City, UT

The Vertical Diner is a very affordable all vegan restaurant in SLC. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches and veggie burgers, salads, and a great breakfast menu. My favorite breakfast items are the pancakes, tofu scramble, and hashbrowns. The sunshine burger with vertical sauce (their vegan version of fry sauce) and fries is awesome for dinner. My husband Filip also loves the Chef Grille Salad. The cost is about $8-$10 per meal. Open 7 days a week 10am-9pm, 2280 South West Temple, Salt Lake City UT 84115; 801/484-8378.
