Sage's Cafe, Salt Lake City, UT

Sage's is owned by the same people as Vertical Diner and is another wonderful all vegan restaurant in SLC. It is a little bit more expensive with meals ranging from $10-$15, but they also have some sandwiches in the $8-$10 range. My favorite items here are the Fresh Basil Pesto Pasta $15.50, the Tacos Vegetarianos $13.50, soup of the day (always changing and always unique), and the Brownie Sundae with Rasberrry Sauce $7 for dessert. Filip also loves the Sauteed Spinach Salad $12 and says it is the best salad he has had anywhere. It is a unique little place with a great atmosphere. Open Monday - Friday 11:30am-2:30pm and 5-10pm, and Saturday - Sunday 10am-10pm.
